The U.S. and Canadian Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure explained here covers all requests via the Internet, e-mail, or fax for product return, warranty return and repair, contract advance replacement, advance replacement for "dead on arrival" products and non-warranty repair and return. If TAC determines your product to be defective, your RMA will be processed and the return information will be emailed to you same day.
